po par tyzdnoch som videl plnsie svaly a lepsiu tvrdost, hlavne pri rukach a hrudniku. Plus pre mna velke pozitivum je forma tabliet: je to ovela pohodlnejsie ako riesit dalsi protein/shek, hodim do tasky a mam vybavene.
