Po covidovej infekcii som mala katastrofálny stav pleti - akné, vypadávajúce vlasy a lámavé nechty. Dermatologička mi odporučila kvalitný zinok, zatial uzivam 1 mesiac a uz vidim rozdiel ale kombinujem s inymi vitaminmi od aminoxy, takze sa tesim na vysledky
