WHY CHOOSE AMINOXY SUPER MELATONIN?
When you do not want to wait forever to fall asleep
One serving provides 5 mg of melatonin. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep, with the beneficial effect obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
More than a single-ingredient supplement
Super Melatonin does not stop at melatonin alone. Each serving combines five active ingredients that together create a complex designed for a regular evening routine.
Designed for the end of the day
Super Melatonin fits into the moment when the working day ends, screens go dark and the body has space to shift into a calmer mode.
FIVE INGREDIENTS. ONE EVENING COMPLEX.
Melatonin, a neurotransmitter, two amino acids and a mineral. At first glance, five different substances, yet they all share one thing – each has its place in a complex created for the end of the day. Each also brings its own story and an interesting detail.
1. MELATONIN
Melatonin is not a substance that forcibly “switches off” the body. It is one of the natural signals that helps our internal clock recognise that the day is ending and night is beginning.
The body produces it mainly after dark, while light suppresses its natural production. This is why an evening spent in front of a bright screen can send the body exactly the opposite signal to the one it needs before sleep.
2. GABA
If we imagine the nervous system as traffic, some signals press the accelerator while others help regulate the activity. GABA, short for gamma-aminobutyric acid, belongs to the second group.
It is a substance that the body produces naturally and that helps dampen excessive activity in nerve cells. Super Melatonin provides 400 mg of GABA per serving as part of its evening complex.
3. L-TRYPTOPHAN
The body cannot produce L-tryptophan on its own, so it must obtain it through food. It can be found naturally in eggs, fish, meat, dairy products, nuts and seeds.
What makes it especially interesting is what happens to it next. In the body, it stands at the beginning of a natural biochemical pathway through which serotonin and subsequently melatonin are produced. One serving contains 300 mg of L-tryptophan.
4. GLYCINE
Glycine is the simplest and smallest amino acid. Its name comes from a Greek word meaning sweet taste – and it does indeed have a naturally mild, slightly sweet profile.
The body uses it to produce proteins and many other biologically important substances. Super Melatonin provides 1,000 mg per serving, making glycine the most abundant active ingredient in the entire complex.
5. MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE
In this product, magnesium does not appear on its own. It is used in the form of glycinate, in which it is bound to the amino acid glycine – an ingredient that is also included separately in the product.
One serving provides 56 mg of magnesium. The five-ingredient complex therefore includes a mineral that contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
WHEN DOES SUPER MELATONIN MAKE SENSE?
A long working day, evening overthinking or a period when shifting from the pace of the day into night mode feels more difficult. Super Melatonin may fit into your routine if:
you are looking for melatonin to reduce the time taken to fall asleep,
you prefer a five-ingredient evening complex to melatonin alone,
you value the convenience of an easy-to-use capsule format.
